Beliefs,
Mission, Vision & Values Statement
-
Make
Ethics, Integrity, Principles and Values the four
foundation pillars of your business
-
Provide
value to clients, members and visitors and make them feel
delighted
-
Ensure
your views are without any bias, prejudice, bigotry, value
judgment and fair to one and all
-
Try
to be a man of value. Success is essentially a byproduct
of values. Without values, success has no meaning. We do
not carry anything when we die, but we leave behind a
value system for the future generations to follow
-
Make
people think and ponder over your comments, opinions and
views and arrive at their own conclusions, but do not
maintain neutrality in the face of grave moral crisis.
That is cowardice
-
Always
stand up for Righteousness, Truth and Justice. Die as a
brave man once and for all. Don't live the life of a
coward
-
Try
to make the world a better place. The world may not be
very clean today, but you do your little bit to clean it.
Act like the little boy who was throwing the starfishes,
that were being washed ashore in millions, back into the
sea so that they may live and not like the grown up man
who called the action stupid and said it made no
difference, as there were millions of them. But the little
boy said it made a difference to the few fishes he threw
back into the sea.
-
Try
for excellence in whatever you do, otherwise don't do it.
Leave it to others who are better or the best. Remember
Abraham Maslow's famous saying that 'it is better to make
a first class soup rather than a second class painting'
-
Try
to be ranked with the best in the world. Size is not very
important, when it comes to intellectual property and
achievements. Individuals make a big difference. It is the
leadership, strategy and tactics that are important and
not the size of the army or number of people. If size was
the sole important criteria for survival, then the
Dinosaurs would not have become extinct
-
Try
to earn a decent and honest living and leave a positive
mark, when you depart from the world
-
Be
a man of and for all seasons
