7 brands are common to both Fortune and MMG Brands lists and highlighted. Our list did not include Berkshire Hathaway because very few outside USA know about it and the nature of its business. Brands may be very large but must be truly global and present everywhere in the globe. We have taken a policy decision not to evaluate any oil and gas industry brands in future.

We have no disputes with anyone but we have our own methodology and standby our rankings. We do not have the financial resources to rank the top 50 or 100 brands.
