Banned Contents

  1. Adult-oriented or Porno or X rated content
  2. Violence, excessive use of vulgar or obscene language
  3. Duplicate or misleading advertisements
  4. Content related to human suffering or death of morbid nature
  5. Any product that employs child labor or exploits children or is dangerous to them
  6. Any product or service that misleadingly appeals to women's vanity but may affect their well being and health
  7. Any product or service that refers to women in a derogatory manner
  8. Any product or service that may eventually lead to destruction of the natural environment
  9. Any product or service that exploits billions of poor and helpless people and makes them further poor and miserable.
  10. Any product or service that promotes satanory, black magic and such evil and immoral acts
  11. Products or services of organizations which have a proven record of not taking action in sexual harassment cases
  12. Copyright or trademark-sensitive products such as MP 3/4 downloads, DVD backups or bootleg or counterfeit items
  13. Weaponry, ammunition, fireworks and non industrial explosives
  14. Prostitution ads like providing call girls or gigolos (male prostitutes) or child prostitution
  15. Propaganda, potentially offensive or controversial content
  16. Defamatory, libelous, threatening or other material that advocates against any individual or group or religion
  17. Any ad that is racial and promotes racism 
  18. The sale of body parts or bodily fluids, including blood and blood plasma. This will also include any animal parts declared as protected species by the World Wildlife Fund and such recognized bodies
  19. The sale of hazardous substances like dangerous chemicals and the likes
  20. Political, religious or charitable or terrorist or militant organizations their issues and/or causes. This will also include organizations having a hidden agenda
  21. Hacking, surveillance, interception or de-scrambling equipment
  22. The sale (or facilitated sale) of prescription or ethical drugs. Ads of OTC products are allowed. However, any such products suspected to cause bodily harm will be blocked by our filters. 
  23. The sale of stolen or smuggled or illegal items
  24. The sale of government IDs or police or military items of restricted nature
  25. The sale of alcoholic beverages, illegal drugs and narcotic substances
  26. Tobacco, including chewing tobacco, called Zarda in India, and related products like Cigarettes, Bidis (made out of special tree leaves called 'Tendu'), Cheroots, Cigars etc., 
  27. The sale of products from any country which is at a state of war, both overt and covert, with the Republic of India. We will follow the GOI guidelines in this regard
  28. Since our web servers and all service providers are based in USA, we will follow the US Government's guidelines in the matters directly concerning its security.
